Delivery

At the date of delivery you should stay online all the time for solving urgent questions. Before the shipping, we always make a small VIDEO with microchip scanning of every cat and then send this video to you. Also, you`ll receive the AIRWAY BILL from us.

After arrival cats must be placed in Pet Hotel till morning when the quarantine station opens (if required). You or your agent have to come to the airport, meet the cats in cargo, put them in Pet Hotel and came next day in the morning to take cats to the quarantine station. It will be good to bring water and wet food to the Pet Hotel and feed the cats. You can also come and visit your cats at the quarantine.

If everything will be alright you can take them home after 7-14 days.
